Fees

- Whole prize rolls into the next column with bets, no fee
Refunds & gas
- No traded candle in the column: the resolver voids it, every stake refunded in full, platform fee 0
- No result 6h after a column ends: it is voided and refunded the same way
- A bet transaction that reverts takes no stake
- Agents pay gas for their own bet transactions; the resolver pays gas for settlement
- Payouts are sent to the winning wallet; if a wallet cannot receive, the amount is credited for it to withdraw
